Any text becomes a carousel

You already have the content. You just need a way to turn it into something people will actually stop scrolling for. Paste it in — the AI handles the rest.

📋

Blog posts to carousels

Paste your full blog post and the AI extracts the core argument, supporting points, and key statistics — then structures them as carousel slides with a hook, body, and CTA.

Blog post → 6–10 carousel slides

Newsletter sections to carousels

Copy a section from your newsletter and convert it into a standalone carousel. Great for repurposing weekly roundups, opinion pieces, or trend reports for LinkedIn reach.

Newsletter section → shareable carousel

LinkedIn posts to carousels

That long-form LinkedIn post that performed well — paste it in and turn it into a carousel format. More visual, more swipeable, and it reaches a second audience organically.

Long post → multi-slide carousel
📝

Raw notes to carousels

Paste rough notes, bullet points, or a brain dump from a meeting. The AI imposes structure — picking the strongest points, writing clear headlines, and ordering slides logically.

Raw notes → structured carousel

Three steps to a finished carousel

No formatting required. No slide count to figure out. The AI reads whatever you paste and produces a structured carousel automatically.

01

Paste your text in the generator

Open the carousel editor, click Generate, and switch the source type to "Paste text." Drop in your blog post, newsletter, notes, or any draft copy. You can also paste a URL and the AI will fetch and read the page.

02

AI extracts key points and structures slides

The model reads your text, identifies the central argument and supporting points, writes a strong hook for slide 1, builds the middle slides around extracted insights, and closes with a conversational CTA — all in one pass.

03

Export and post

Download a PDF to upload as a LinkedIn document post, or download individual PNGs for Instagram. Edit any slide inline before exporting — click any text to change it, drag to reposition, swap themes or colors.

Why convert text to carousels?

Carousels consistently outperform plain text posts on LinkedIn. The numbers are hard to ignore.

278%
more engagement on average for carousel posts vs. plain text posts on LinkedIn — they trigger more swipes, more dwell time, and more shares from the same audience.

Repurpose instead of starting from scratch

Most creators already have the content — it's sitting in their blog, their newsletter, or their notes. Converting it to a carousel is faster than writing new content and reaches people who never saw the original.

Reach people who skip walls of text

A significant portion of your audience will scroll past a 700-word LinkedIn post but stop on a carousel. The swipeable format creates an expectation of a short, digestible point-per-slide experience.

The algorithm rewards completion rate

LinkedIn measures how many people swipe through to the last slide. A well-structured carousel with a hook on slide 1 drives completion — and completion signals quality to the algorithm, which extends organic reach.

Who uses text to carousel

Content repurposing is valuable at every scale — solo creators, agencies, and growth teams all use the same workflow.

01
Content marketers

Repurposing for marketers

Marketing teams that publish blog posts, case studies, and reports can convert each piece into a LinkedIn carousel with one paste. Instead of a single blog post that gets a few hundred organic views, you get a carousel that can reach 5–10x more people on the same platform. Batch the week's content on Monday morning and you have your carousel calendar filled.

02
Thought leaders

Turning essays into reach

If you write long-form essays, threads, or Substack posts, you already have the raw material for a high-performing LinkedIn carousel. The text-to-carousel converter strips out the narrative connective tissue and surfaces the core insights as punchy, standalone slides — the format that LinkedIn's algorithm rewards most.

03
Agencies

Batching client content

Social media agencies managing multiple client accounts use text-to-carousel to turn a client's existing blog content into a full month of LinkedIn carousels. Paste a different blog post for each carousel, generate, review, and export. The same AI-generated carousel can be lightly edited per client's brand voice and exported with their brand kit applied.

Common questions

What text can I paste to generate a carousel?
Blog posts, newsletter sections, LinkedIn long-form posts, essays, meeting notes, research summaries, rough bullet points — anything with coherent ideas works. The AI reads the full input and extracts the strongest points. Structured text (with headers or clear paragraphs) tends to produce better output than stream-of-consciousness notes, but both work. You can also learn more about converting blog posts to carousels.
How does the AI decide what to put on each slide?
The model identifies the central argument or main insight in your text. It then extracts the supporting points that can stand alone as individual slides — each one clear without needing the surrounding context. It writes a hook for slide 1 that reflects the main thesis, body slides with one point each, and a soft conversational CTA on the final slide. Layout assignment happens automatically based on content type.
Does text to carousel work for Instagram?
Yes. Switch to Instagram's 4:5 portrait format (1080x1350px) in the generate modal before generating and the AI adapts the content and layouts for portrait slides. Export individual PNG images per slide for Instagram. The same carousel can be exported as both PDF (for LinkedIn) and PNG (for Instagram) without regenerating.
Can I edit the slides after the AI converts my text?
Yes, fully. Click any headline or body text to edit it inline on the canvas. Drag text blocks to reposition them. Change background themes, color palettes, or font sizes. Every change autosaves. You can re-export the same carousel as many times as you need — only the final export counts against your monthly limit.
Is there a text length limit?
There is no hard character cap, but very long inputs (5,000+ words) will be summarized by the AI rather than converted verbatim — which is usually what you want for a 6–10 slide carousel anyway. For long-form content, pasting the most relevant section or the first few sections tends to produce better output than dumping the full article. You can also paste a URL directly and Carouselli will fetch the page content automatically.
