• Usage data: carousels you create, export history, and feature usage to improve the product.
• Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
• Communications: emails you send us and transactional emails we send you.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Carouselli service.
• To process payments and send billing-related emails.
• To send product updates and announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the US. Carousel exports are stored in Supabase Storage with access controlled by your account credentials.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI content generation (your carousel topics are sent to these providers)
• Railway — API hosting
• Vercel — frontend hosting

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account Settings page. You may also contact us at [email protected] to request a copy of your data or to have it removed.

Children's Privacy

Carouselli is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the site.
